Now we need to add our text file connection. If you take a quick peek over at the connections section then you'll see that there are two types of text file connection. There is a Source and a Destination type. Because we're moving data from the text file to SQL Server then our choice is the Source text file connection. Again either double click it or drag it into Designer.

Figure 1.6 shows the screen that pops up. You can either type in the name and path to the text file or you can click on the ellipses and search for it. Now we need to set up what type of a text file it is. Click on Properties.
