Although we are not going to be doing anything with this screen we thought we'd stop by and have a look. We have two choices when moving the data.

1. Copy the source columns directly to the destination colums

2. Transform information as it is copied to the destination

The first option simply means that we will pick up whatever is in the source and transfer it straight to the destination.
